I agree totally with your assessment of the housing crisis and how it's been creeping up on us. My dad paid $25,000 for our 3 bedroom house in the 1950's and mom didn't have to work. Men had good paying jobs in the steelmills. I've worked my whole life and still can't get anywhere close the home I want to purchase, because it's out of my price range. It makes me angry that I'm almost 60 years old and I'm struggling like I was as a teenager. But I think all the homeowners need to get together and flood Washington DC with letters, pictures and copies of our fraudulent mortgage paperwork. A person credit score should dictate their entire financial life. Laws need to be change in favor of the people. Thanks for your comments!
